We have been busy, busy, busy working on our Spring centers these past couple of weeks! I am amazed with how much my students are learning with our literacy and math centers. They blow me away!
Take a look at everything we accomplished!
We worked on our place value skills with this matching game.
We learned all about shapes and we practiced matching and writing the shape names.
We continued to work on measurement this week with these super cute caterpillars!
We measured them with cubes and paper clips.
We practiced graphing with this Spring graphing center.
My little learners needed a little extra practice with time
so I included this matching activity.
Students had to match the analogue clocks with the digital times.
I had 2 sets to practice with, one with time to the hour
and one with time to the half hour.
We played this super fun sight words game!
This group decided to transform the basket into a MAILBOX and read each word as they put the card into the box. So smart :)
We had a little ABC order game in the works.
This always seems to be a favorite.
I can hear them whispering the ABC song while they play.
They absolutely ROCKED this sentence order center!
I made some emergent readers with a Spring theme.
The first was about an Easter bunny.
And the second was about a garden!
My kiddies were so good at reading and answering the comprehension questions!
Well that's it for now, my friends!

Here is a sneak peak at what we will be working on NEXT week...
